2009 Prostitution Law

Comment 7th July 2010

Repeal obligation of client having to ask if she has been forced, coerced, or trafficked for the purpose of prostitution.  As she could lie, and he could still be prosecuted even though he has asked.  He could be prosecuted, so this is a legal anomaly and very unfair.

Why does this matter?

Its important because there is a risk of unfair prosecution.
