Accruing Holiday while off sick from work.

Abolish the regulation that states an employee on longterm sick has the right to accrued hokliday.  When does this end? If your employee stops work due to ill health is he entitled to accrued holiday until the day he/she dies. 

Current employment legislation is frought with risks of tribunals if an employer tries to terminate a sick persons contract.

No wonder small employers are reluctant to employ staff 

Why does this idea matter?

Is this fair to the employer and fellow employees who have to manage the burden left by a person on longterm sick.
