Allow Designated Smoking rooms in pubs and clubs

Comment 17th July 2010

Allow smoking in enclosed separate rooms with air extraction fitted and efficient separation from the rest of the establishment. The majority fot he establishment must still be dedicated to non smoking areas.

Why does this matter?

The smoking ban has led to groups of smokers outside establishments making it unpleasant for non smokers to enter establishments. Many smokers now drink at home and consure more than previously. It is also hypocritical of the government to tax smoking while legislationg against smokers right disproportionately.
