Ban the bailiff from entering into your home

Comment 13th August 2010

Ban any bailiff to enter into your home

Why does this matter?

It is important because, they steal from you, they tell lies to the authorities, and they do not have a damn clue in what they are doing.  They took approximately £50,000 worth of third party goods from my home when they were showed invoices to prove that the property belonged to other persons who are not named on the warrant of execution but, they told me that, "it makes no difference we are in your house so we can take what we want to".  This happened on 19/05/2010 and all for the sake of a parking ticket!!

The bailiff company have now responded and apologised and have stated that they are prepared to return all of the property on the basis that no further legal action is taken.  I told them to hold on to the property whilst I take you to court and sue you for damages to business and reputation.

I have a court hearing on 16/08/2010 at Worcester Crown & County Court.  Bailiffs have caused so much damage it is incalculable.  I will not accept the return of goods until they have compensated my son's businesses, my wife and the rest of my family.
