Breast screening for over 30s

Comment 5th July 2010

The current screening does not  include those under 50, which is ridiculous considering the risk factors we are all exposed to today, poor diet, smoking, contraceptive pills, and environmental factors. I'm sure most people reading this will know of people under 50 who have succumbed to breast cancer. I would go as far as to suggest the age of testing should begin at 20.

How do all you MPs with wives and other female relatives under 50 feel about this?

Why does this matter?

For obvious reasons. LIVES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN COSTS.
