Changes to Credit Card Terms & Conditions

Changes to Credit Card Terms & Conditions should only be implemented after the customer has confirmed their agreement.

 

Why does this idea matter?

At the moment notifications of changes are multi-page letters of small print that no one ever reads.  This means important changes are made without the customer's true consent or permission.

 

Introducing an 'acceptance' process would mean the change would have to be explained more simply or the acceptence would not be forthcoming.
