Cutting Costs

Comment 2nd July 2010

Why don’t you abolish the body which sends persistent letters after a person has visited their GP. It sends out two or three forms requiring details of how the patient rated the aspects of service which the received. Waste of money. If a patient has a complaint and feels strongly enough about it then they can write a personal letter of complaint to the Area Primary Trust.

Why does this matter?

I have no idea how much money is spent on this exercise but it must be a heck of a lot.
