Delete the DNA profiles of innocent people

Comment 31st August 2010

For the government to implement human rights issues, and order the Police to remove the DNA profiles and fingerprints of individuals arrested but not convicted of a crime, from the police computers.

Why does this matter?

People who appear on  the police records as having data and fingerprints on file effectively have a shadow criminal record as they are known to police.
