All youths who are subjected to a ASBO, should be instead sent to a military style prison. There, they will only wear boiler type suits, do everything at double time. They will be required to eat, sleep,do domestic chores. No TV,radio, writing home,visitors or any social contact, All this for a minimum of 28days, second offence 56 days, third offence 112 days.
