DNA REMOVAL OF INNOCENT PEOPLE

THE POLICE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HOLD THE DNA PROFILE SAMPLE OF INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUBSEQUNTLY BEEN FOUND TOTALLY INNOCENT AND EXONERATED, THE IS A BREACH OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. IF THE PEOPLE ARE FOUND GUILTY IT IS ACCEPTABEL TO HOLD THEIR DNA AS THEY MAY REOFFEND, BUT THE POLICE IS ABUSING ITS POWERS AND WRONGFULLY ARRESTING INNOCENT PEOLE AND HENCE BUILDING UP THEIR DNA DATABASE, TOTALLY WRONG AND A BETRAYAL OF INNOCENT PEOPLES HUMAN RIGHTS.

Why does this idea matter?

HUMAN RIGHTS ACT, AND TO COMPLY WITH EUROPEAN LEGISLATION.
