Easter Act 1928 and Ecclesiastical Titles Act 1850

Comment 17th July 2010

The Easter Act has never been implemented because the Churches cannot agree to a common fixed date. Brings Parliament into ridicule as it is so often alluded to.

Ecclesiastical titles Act stops RC diocese having same titles as C/E. Discriminatory.

Why does this matter?

State religion should not have privileges which discriminate.

Easter is charming as a moveable feast and the lunar movements more fun than Parliamentary tidying up
