Enforce the 1698 Bill of Rights Act.

2 Comments 13th August 2010

1698 Bill of Rights Act says “That no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm.”

This act is, as I understand it, is still in force, and cannot be modified or amended by any legal instrument, though it could of course be repealed.

This being the case, why are European Arrest warrants being enforced in this country with no legal redress or challenge in the UK courts?  This same Act prevents the setting of excessive fines, cruel punishment, excessively high bail payments and the right to petition the monarch. These cannot be enforced in foreign courts who have their own interpretations of these, or none at all.

Why does this matter?

Perhaps we could have two lists, one which says these are the laws we have to obey and the other listing those laws we can all safely ignore.

We are allowing hard fought for rights leach away because of appathy, indifference and ignorance. Laws passed in Europe have a very real impact on our lives and we ignore them at our peril. We need to defend our history, culture, laws and liberties and not have them diluted

    Good Idea
I believe we all have a right to be judged by our peers without interference from Politicians/Free Masons and any other self serving cretin in our Country and especially those from the USA and Europe.

We need a good Government clean up and start with the top traitors such as (Anthony Charles Lynton Blair) or should it be just Lynton Blair as the creep that was mentioned in opperation ore, charged under this name for a public order offence, then slapped a D notice on it to protect many high up paedophiles, please note that many think this was used as blackmail for us going to so called war with Mr Bush.
