Garden Land Grabs

Comment 8th July 2010

In Garden Law, it is not an offence to create a boundary dispute by fencing over someone elses land and claiming it. This is wrong and immoral.

Why does this matter?

It allows any home owner or land owner to grab land from another, including from farmland, with complete impunity. There is no law preventing this and all events are termed "Civil Matters". There is nothing civil in having someone remove land from your ownership when they can easily do so. It is then up to the victim to prove land ownership legally and through Land Registry. It is therefore very easy for anyone to take land from someone in the UK presently. Boundary disputes should not occur if Land Registry have a mandate to state who owns what land – they do not at present. They just look after the documents! Please review and make this a moral and fair society to live in by preventing "Land Grabbing" and "Garden Grabbing".
