Harassment Act and Mental Health Act

Comment 2nd August 2010

The police use harassment laws in conjunction with the Mental Health Act to remove innocent parents from their children. Head teachers are increasingly using this method to deal with parents who make complaints against the school. Harassment requires no real proof from the accuser to get the Police involved. The Police never listen to the person whom is being accused. The police do lie about your rights. The IPCC along with the Police will block you from stating your case and will force you to have your DNA, fingerprints and photo taken even if you have not been charged. They then refuse to put matters right. This forces the person and children involved to be traumatised, whilst they all give themselves a big pat on the back.

Why does this matter?

All our civil liberties are being removed by the Police, Teachers, Social Workers, whom are all bound by the Human Rights Act. They continue to ignore this. The children and parents involved across the UK are having to leave the country for from fear of child snatching, being refused justice by the Courts, the Police are both corrupt and racist, but no one listens or cares. Parents and children must have the right to take legal action against the accusers with ease and legal aid being granted immediately. Ian Huntley can and he killed 2 children so why not innocent parents and children?
