Limitation of Human Rights Act regarding convicted fellons

Comment 1st July 2010

Amend the Human Rights Act to provide only basic protection to convicted fellons, such as right to life, freedom from torture etc.

Why does this matter?

This should limit the amount of malicious prosecutions brought by fellons under the current act and give the public more faith in the act itself.
