Make the Employment Tribunals process fairer

The Employment Tribunals process should include a stage where nebulous, vexatious and unreasoned cases can be stopped before they reach court.

Like to CPS can stop criminal proceedings where there is not enough evidence to continue.

Ex-employees can bring cases which they know have no chance of winning, just to incur costs and hassle to their ex-employer.

Why does this matter?

To deter vexatious claims.
