Outsourced Call Centres

Get call centres back in the UK.  A significant amount are outsourced to non english speaking countries.

Why does this matter?

Outsourced call centres a waste of the customers time.  When the call handler has a level of english good enough to deal with deviations fom their script they rarely have appropriate knowledge of UK regulations and often cannot relate to the customer.

Aside from the provision of awful customer service, the excessive outsourcing of call centres is surely removing employment opputunities from our own country.
