Prevention of Judicature from use word psychiatric “illness.”

Comment 10th July 2010

Too many occasions we read about a Magistrate, giving term to a person having a mental disorder to be labeled sufferer of "illness."

This wholly backwards term has never been proven, no evidence for anyone use the word "illness," no disease ever been found within psychiatric faculty.

Why does this matter?

Removal of the word "illness" gives better expression to the individual, disorder is a confusion, not an illness or disease and so obstructing much of the mental health myth, stigma build upon from those already accept.

Our civil service must accept facts and so should HMG, court rooms and quangos.
