If the CSA is making a profit sell it into the private sector, if it's not then scrap it
Why does this idea matter?
Notwithstanding the moral, ethical and social aspects of the CSA, it was set up to offset the benefits paid to Lone Parents. If it is doing what it was set up to do, make the absent parent pay for his children and not costing the taxpayer money then fine, it is ready to hive off into the private sector, if it is costing the taxpayer[I believe it is over a pound for every pound collected] then it is a wate of public money and an unnecessary piece of govt. red tape.
