Reintroduce the status of outlaw when sentenced

Comment 4th August 2010

What better way to teach the benefits of the law than to take the protection of the law away from those convicted of breaking it. Outlaws would be outside the protection of the law.  It would at a stroke stop prisoners like Huntley trying to sue the government.  the Outlaw status could be set to various levels, duration and terms but the minumum should be that Outlaws should be unable to take court action or receive legal aids except for matters relating to the sentence they were convicted of.

Why does this matter?

People are angry that those who often break the law then use the law for thier own benefit, and this is often at the taxpayers expense.  Once outlaws have felt how vunrable they are without the protection of the law, then they may well think twice before breaking the law again.
