Remove the barriers between State and Private Education

Comment 12th July 2010

Introduce a new type of State funded school which would be able to charge additional fees (up to £2000 per child) and still receive full state funding. This would open up the benefits of a privatre eduaction to those people who cannot currently afford it but wish to have access to it.

Why does this matter?

Privatre education is restricted only to the weathy as £6,500 a yerar per child is simply not affordable to most people.  By enabling schools to access state funding AND private funding they can employ additional staff and bring in the extra resources needed to provide a premium education without and additional cost to the taxpayer.
