Repeal of the Hunting Act 2004

Comment 9th July 2010

The repeal of the Hunting Act 2004.

Why does this matter?

The repeal of the Hunting Act 2004 is of the upmost importance, because its continuation will bring the law even more into disrepute.  By common consent the Act does not work and is ridiculed on both sides of the debate.  It demeans both the police and the Judiciary who have to administer it.  This is bad for the Rule of Law.
