Repeal the Civil Contingencies Act 2004

The Civil Contingiencies Act should be repealed in its entirety or at the very least Section 22(3) should be removed from the legislation.

Why does this idea matter?

This piece of legislation is extremely broad in how it defines an emergency situation and (Section 22(3) in particular) could easily be abused by Ministers to assume powers that would be tantamount to dictatorship.
