Repeal the Hunting Act

Comment 17th August 2010

The Hunting Act is both an unwarranted restriction on civil liberties and an unenforceable law.  It is morally arbitrary (by banning hunting with guns but not hunting with guns), culturally divisive and criminalises large sections of the law-abiding population.

Why does this matter?

Laws that have no foundation in morality, reason or common sense are bad laws and should be repealed in the name of freedom.
