Repeal the laws that allowe Members of Parliament to abstain from obeying certain selected British laws

Comment 12th August 2010

MPs must not be allow to vote themselves and parliament parliamentory immunity from prosecution or to be outside of laws and or regulations that they set for the rest of the citizens of this country

Why does this matter?

It is said that we are to have an open and honest government but we seem to have a separate set of laws for different levels of our society.
There is a law for the common people and a separate law for those who consider themselves “The ruling classes”.
Any secrete laws they have produced to protect themselves from prosecution including for Fraud, Sleaze, Bribery and Corruption, Racketeering and Tax Evasion are the first unnecessary laws needing to be abolished.
Also if there is even a suspicion that these so called law makers might be lawbreakers then it should not be themselves or the Whips or someone looking for a favour who decides on whether or not there is a case to answer.
This should also carry no statute of limitations on law breaking by the law makers so the ex MP sat up there in their ivory house of lords should know we demand justice.
