Replace the European Human rights act with a British Constitution

Comment 2nd July 2010

Some laws brought in by the European Human rights act do not work in the UK.  The government is being held back by pety rulings and a British constitusion would take back some of the Power that made it once GREAT.

Why does this matter?

The British Government should be allowed to decide what is best for it's people.  Why should criminals be allowed to sue their victims if they fight back.  Why should prisoners be allowed TV's and games consoles, They should be punished, not mollycoddled.

We as a nation are unable to have any clout because we have too often rolled over and accepted everything that Europe has dictated to us.  Not all European laws should be accepted without question.

A British Constitusion would give it's people more civil liberties and would give us a sense of identity.
