Return a proper process for creating new Laws

Comment 2nd July 2010

Repeal the Parliament Act 1911 (and its 1949 amendment) which will then require a proper process to bring new Laws to the Statute books, and make it more difficult to push through unpopular or unwanted Laws.

Why does this matter?

the Parliament Act to all intents and purposes provided the House of Commons with a mechanism where it could bypass Royal inclusion and the other houses of Parliament in the creation of New Laws which means that there is not a process that protects the public from despot government in the house of commons creating new laws that are not in the public interest.
