I consider that the current law prohibiting smoking in, say, hotels and public houses discriminates against those of us who enjoy a cigarette, cigar or pipe and infringes our civil liberties.

In my view the law should be modified to allow the owners of such premises to create a smoking room for the benefit of those who wish to smoke.

Why does this matter?

It would allow a sizeable minority of the population to enjoy a drink and a smoke in a public house or hotel without causing  a problem to non-smokers.
