The idea
As a non smoker im very happy that smoking was banned in public places e.g bars & clubs , but im also annoyed that yet another Civil Liberty has been taken away from the general public & also those that smoke.
Why not re think the law to allow X ammount of pubs & clubs in different boroughs to allow smoking indoors giving smokers the choice of going to these clubs & bars and also non smokers the choice of going to a non smoking club
This could be set up with the use of something called a smoking liscence permitting certain bars & clubs to allow smokers to smoke indoors while ensuring non smoking clubs do not allow smokers to smoke indoors.
Why is it important?
It should help pubs and clubs that suffered badly when the smoking ban was introduced as many pubs and clubs are shutting down
This will also help to create jobs
