Stop ALL translations of documents

Comment 9th July 2010

Introduce legislation which forbids offical bodies, ie Governments and Councils, to translate official documentation into numerous differing languages

Why does this matter?

Currently councils alone spend £millions a year translating all forms and documents into 15 different languages.  Translators can be provided by voluntary organisations and the communities people live in.  All doumentation will be standardised and only have one print run and create a community in the UK where ALL people speak and read English
