The idea
Revoke the requirement for schools to hold a Christian act of worship every day for their pupils.
Why is it important?
Schools are required, by law, to hold a broadly Christian act of collective worship for all their pupils every day.
Children absorb the envirnonment they live in. Such a daily collective worship serves to brainwash children to follow Christianity rather than the religion of their parents or for them to follow Humanist ethics.
It is an anachronism and should be repealed to free up lesson time for other activities.
