The right to be innocent until proven otherwise

To enshine in law that a person is innocent until proven otherwise.

Why does this idea matter?

While this is something that is taken for granted, there are an increasing number of laws (such as the Digitial Economy Act (2010), speeding ticket notifications and the persecution from the CSA) that make a person guilty until they prove themselves innocent.

It should be the other way around and the burden of proof put onto the those wanting to prove guilt to actually do it rather than the person (who is quite likely unable to afford it) to prove innocence.
