The idea
Take Trespass out of Civil Law and put it into Criminal Law so the police have to deal with it.
Remove any squatters rights and make the police remove any squatters after a complaint has been made against them unless they can provide documentary proof of their right or permission to be there.
Why is it important?
Stop the absurd situation in which, for example, someone could go on holiday and leave a window open and if someone entered through it to live there rather than to rob the place then they could change the locks and the actual owner of the house would have to find new accomodation while he wasted a lot of time and money to get his own home back.
