If some 'jobsworth' council official came along and charged me with this crime, then a magistrate/judge will HAVE to sentance me as IT IS THE LAW !!!!
Repealing of laws ??
There are currently laws from the 16th century that still apply today. I would STRONGLY suggest you get some researchers to go through the archived official documents and find those which need to be ‘updated’.
