To abolish the ancient act of settlement that is practised in the UK, only then can we say we are a non discriminating country, There is open abuse and it has to be stopped.

Also charitys that give money to help people in dire straits should NOT be able to specify that the recipient has to be protestant. That also goes for the other way about, if it applied.

Why is this idea important?

It is important, because- There are anti-discrimination laws that are put into policies all over the country, that a person should not be discriminated against because of – many reasons and  religious belief is one of them. But members of the royal family have to have any proposed spouse renounce their catholic faith. – No wonder there is vicious religious bigotry when the very leader of the country promotes it openly.

I don't know what it is like in England, but Scotland has in my opinion an undercurrent almost like a volcano waiting to erupt.
