The recent court ruling has opened the flood gates for imigrants wanting to enter the country – all they have to do is claim they are gay!
We need statute law to remove many of the claims used by bogus assylum seekers as grounds to fight deportation as a matter of urgency.
Otherwise, all immigration controls should be abandoned because they are uninforceable in light of this ruling. This second option would have the added advantage of saving a lot of money
Why is this idea important?
Once again, the courts have interpreted laws in a way Parliament cannot have intended. Therefore Parliament must reinforce its intentions by legislating to correct the court's interpretation.
Otherwise, the English will fast become the minority in this country as millions of supposedly gay migrants just walk in and claim our benefits.
