The British legal system is over-complex and expensive. I think we need to simplify and streamline to make it more accessible and less expensive to use.
I think it is rediculous that we still have legislation on our statute book that goes back hundreds of years. All legislation over 100 years should be repealed and all new legislation should have a "review date" (maximum of 100years), after which it is automatically repealed unless reviewed by government and reinstated.
