People of a certain age (roughly 70 in my opinion) should have to retake their driving test to prove that they are still competant at driving
I feel the at least one of the retakes should not have to be paid for by the person.
If they cannot pass the test, revoke their drivers licence
(Also anyone deemed incompetant – at whatever age – should have to take their test again)

Shops should be given freedom to choose whether they wish to open on a Sunday, and not restricted in this decision by the Sunday Trading Act (1994) which only permits large stores to do so (for a certain time period).
The only justification I can see for not permitting Sunday trade is on religious grounds (i.e with Sunday being the Sabbath) so please bring up some more reasons in your comments if there are others
