Scrap the requirement to have a CRB check on a non-related babysittter.

Why is this idea important?

Technically, anyone who leaves their child with an unrelated adult who has not had a CRB check is in breach of the law.  This is daft as parents are (mostly) responsible enough to only leave their child with someone they know well and trust, a friend, a neighbour.

This can be scrapped.
