Britain should resile from the European Convention on Human Rights.

Why is this idea important?

Those fleeing oppression must be admitted to UK, but while here should abide by the laws of this country. If they come from a country which does not adhere to civil/human rights as we define them, or as international law defines them, they should be expected to value even more the freedoms which exist here; flout those freedoms, and deportation should be automatic and immediate, regardless of the possibility of their safety being compromised. This country should not be a haven for those undesirables who are not tolerated by their own country; geniuine refugees should flourish here, but "human rights" should not be a shield for those who would not respect the rights of those offering them shelter.
