Corporate bullying should be a crime
I was recently the victim of corporate bullying because I refused to condone intentional breaches of law, which, apart from being wrong, could have put me at personal risk of prosecution and undermined my professional status.
Despite calling in the Unions to help me fight the bullies there seemed to be little that could be done legally to either prevent them from bullying me or stop them from ending my employment because I complained about it.
This is an appalling state of affairs which resulted in me losing my job and pension.
There ought to be some kind of legal action that can be taken by workers against corporate bullying.
Why does this idea matter?
Bullying of any kind is unacceptable.
Corporate bullying is an abuse of power and an unequal struggle.
It injures and harms individuals and causes great suffering.
