The Countryside & Right of Way Act 2000 was amended such that RUPPs (Roads Used as Public Paths) were prohibited to vehicular traffic.

This closed access to the countryside to a range of previously legal activities.

Restore this access.

Why is this idea important?

It is obvious that the interests of a vocal minority led to an unbalanced debate which ignored the civil liberties of others. Here is a chance to correct the situation. It will allow access to the countryside by all forms of transport on roads that have been in use for centuries.
