People should be allowed to maintain a social life, and in many areas have to arrive and leave in cars.
The current drink/driving law seems fair and reasonable – to change it would benefit only those living in cities.
Please leave the law as it stands and do not reduce the alcohol limits for drivers further.
Have a thought for people who live anywhere outside the London area – and therefore have poor/ non-existent public transport – but wish to keep up a full social life. This will involve driving.
The current law allows one drink, a reasonable level for sensible sociable people.
