Extradition to USA
Repeal the Extradition Treaty with the USA signed under the Extradition Act 2003.
Why does this idea matter?
This Treaty seems to work only one way from UK to US and appears to be used by the US as an all embracing Treaty to chase down anybody it wants regardless of crime or maybe guilt. They do not restrict it soley to Terrorism as was envisaged by Parliament and certainly the Public.
The US still has the death penalty in many States and executions per year are only out-stripped by China and Iran. Given that the US is an illiberal country the UK and Europe should be wary of entering into any Treaties relating to their nationals being subjected to US punishment given the backward and violent nature of their criminal system.
