make the requirement more simple 36 pages to go through for something as simple as fitting a mask to prevent breathing in dust, I have always been happy if operatives work masks !!
why do they continue to gold plate everything
HSE just issued a 36 page document on face fit testing for all construction workers which is now required for anyone using dust masks, is this not way over the top. it requires records of tests, and an eccessive amount of time and money (read there document to see if you agree)
They intend to issue notices for all those failing to comply
