Remove the elemetnt of the Education act allowing free schools to be set-up.

Why is this idea important?

Using current schools ICT funding to set up schools that in turn can only compete against other existing schools is just an ideological luxury. The sole purpose of the current government must be the economy. Setting up free schools and allocating a budget for something that will give no economic return demonstrates a need to exercise an ideology without any concern over cost or outcome. Coupled with no measurement or evaluation or even projection of what the benefits may be is frankly a scandalous waste of money and will come back and bit you when it inevitably fails. Stop the act, stop the waste of funding and stop trying to set up private schools at the cost of existing state schools at a time when we cannot afford this silly experiment.
