Remove all special restrictions on trading on Sundays and religious holidays.

We need to get away from the idea that everything that is not forbidden is compulsory. And we need to stop thinking that particular types of employee or sizes of shop need protection from competition. People and businesses should get on in the market place.

Also, our laws are daft. How can there be a moral wrong in trading just because you have an area of a certain size and have already been open for 6 hours.

We should not let lobby groups prevent innocent activities, like shopping.

Why is this idea important?

The alw gets in the way of living a modern life, where I do not wish to structure my day around hours that legislators think suitable for my shopping
