We live in a lovely area with 1 green field where the children play and we walk dogs and we have a football team play here and we hold summer festivals and use it for so much more, so tell me why it that the council can just decide to bully us and try to build a school on it ( BSF ) and not listen to anyone in the local community. I would like it known that we should have a say on what goes on in our area. We run a residents association and we try to make it a better place to live but the council really do not understand what we want ( but i'm sure you have heard all about stoke on trent council by now ).
Why is this idea important?
Give the residents association a say on behalf of the local community and not just let it be a word let them listen to them and come to a compromise where all parties are happy.
This is over all aspects of the area from bins to roads to green areas this will bring the people in the community closer and feel as if the council is actually listening to them instead of the totally opposite.
