Under the housing benefits system no one should be entitled to live in a house that they could not possible afford

Why is this idea important?

People who have chosen to have large families are demanding that they should be accommodated in large houses and have read many cases where they have managed to be housed in large houses in prime locations costing £1600 per week – this is not common sense.

People need to understand that the benefits system is there to support them when they need help – not to live beyond their means
