We should repeal the Human Rights Act 1998 or interpret it in a more sensible manner.

Britain supported, and even led the way in human rights for decades before the European Human Rights Act came in to force. Now, human rights have become a travesty of what many people would regard as logical or ethical.

Why is this idea important?

People who have committed violent crimes in other countries are allowed to walk freely in this country in order to evade punishment and to protect their "human rights". One of the basic obligations of any government is to proect its citizens from danger. Successive governments, under the guise or compulsion of the Human Rights Act have failed to do this.

Our country has been brought low by the very people elected to defend and enable us. They must stop their tendency to appease and stand up for this once great country.
